Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 150 dpi.
To allow leeway for cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm around all edges of your design. Make sure colours, background pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area so as to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting tolerances. You can submit your file with crop marks and printer's marks.
Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2) for coated papertypes and colourmode FOGRA47 (PSO Uncoated ISO12647) for uncoated papertypes. If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.
Font should be at least 20pt.
Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats (PDF (1.4 or higher), TIFF, EPS, JPG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Make sure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint unless you want this effect in your design. You can read more about overprint in our Help Centre.
For a roll-up banner, we use different safety margins per side. Please use the following safety margins: Top 10 mm, Left 4 mm, Right 4mm and the bottom 150 mm. The bottom part will mostly be covered by the roll-up banner stand and will not be visible.

They're also extremely easy to set up and are compact, making them portable and easy to transport.
This product can be used:
• To introduce people to your business
• Promote discounts or events
• Provide information
• Present information in many forms
The fastest possible turnaround for Roller Banners is:
Next day
Please note: Only applicable for products which require your design: To make sure that your order is delivered at the indicated time, it is important that we receive your file with your design for the product, on time (also called cut-off time). This way, the product can be moved into production on time. The deadline is always communicated at the final step when putting your product together and in the box on the right which details your entire order.
The cut-off time for your printed item may vary. This depends on the combination you choose. This has to do with the manufacturing technique and / or the order quantities.
Please note: The product delivery shifts a day every time the deadline for submission has passed. This is also the case if the file is rejected by us and corrected artwork isn't supplied before the next cut-off time.
For the production of Roller Banners, we use the following technique(s):
UV-print: The product is printed with eco-friendly UV ink, which is immediately cured with a UV light. Curing ensures that the wet ink doesn't spread once printed, offering sharper quality prints.
The Roller Banners chosen in most cases can be selected via our website.
If your material type, weight, quantity, size or other specification is not listed, you can request a quotation. We will send you an offer within 1 working day.
Roller Banners are mainly suitable for indoor use. The lifespan of the banners is undoubtedly impacted by outside use, so this is not advised.
Standard (510 gsm PVC): This is the most popular material for banners. It is very sturdy, waterproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is also reusable and fire-retardant.
Please note, we do not offer this material for the deluxe base
High definition print (220mu UV print): This is a matte white polyester film with a satin gloss coating on the front and a silver back, so the material is completely opaque.
Eco 100% PVC free (260 gsm): This material is a recyclable, eco-friendly option. It's a blockout fabric, meaning no light penetrates through it. The prints are high quality with brilliant colour reproduction.
Basic foot: This is the lightest variant and makes use of two folding brackets to hold the roller banner standing. The weight of roller banners with an economic stand is between 2.5 and 3.7 kg. This base is suitable for standard banner material and for sharp photo canvas.
Premium foot: This is our most chosen model and is much heavier and sturdier than the basic model. The base uses a fold-out stand to hold the roll-up banner upright and is more attractive to the eye. The weight of roll-up banners with a premium foot is between 3.1 and 3.6 kg. This foot is suitable for standard banner material and for sharp photo canvas.
Deluxe foot: This is the most luxurious model. This immediately attracts the eye with its chic look. This model does not make use of braces. It is very robust in itself. The weight of roll-up banners with a deluxe foot is between 6 and 8 kg. This foot is only suitable for sharp photo canvas. This is because the standard banner material is too thick for the slot of the deluxe foot. The standard banner material can cause problems when rolling in and out.
It is possible to change the canvas of your roller banner.
Note: You need certain knowledge of the product to do this yourself. The rolling system on the bottom has high resistance, so please do not change it without having knowledge about the product. Ordering the canvas alone (without the stand) can be done by ordering banners.

The B1 fire retardant certificate certifies that certain materials are "hardly flammable," making them safe for indoor use. Such materials have a low risk of catching fire and do not easily spread flames, providing additional protection against potential hazards.
Prices listed are per design. For multiple designs, add multiple items to your cart. To keep our prices affordable, we offer standard quantities.
